How do you calm your mind and body when you start feeling unbalanced, anxious or self-critical?
I am so excited to share one of my favourite self-soothing practices with you today.
This is a wonderful practice to do when you feel mentally or emotionally triggered, or tense in the body.
It will help calm the body and stabilize the mind, almost instantly.
I encourage you to try this out for yourself. Only then will you know if this practice works for you. Don’t just take my word for it!
